Customer Reviews

Had an absolutely wonderful experience! They were very professional and efficient. Helped us move from Yakima to the Portland area with no stress at all! They were very thoughtful with our stuff and went out of their way to make sure everything was accessible and not stacked too high. They also help us move a couple of things that were in the way when dropping off everything. 10/10 would use Bernd again!

We are elderly and needed help moving. Getting Bernd was the best decision we could have made. As soon as they arrived to pack us up, we felt our stress levels sink to zero. They were patient, kind and extremely efficient and quick. We felt taken care of and could see our stuff was being well taken care of. Loading the truck went smoothly and quickly also and all my previous anxiety about the details of the move dissolved in their compassionate competence. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely the best movers. Don’t use anyone else.

The entire team from estimate to delivery were very professional and caring. They treated my belongings as they would their own. Moving a household is a stressful situation, at best. Bernd moving was reassuring and very helpful.

They did a great job moving us...

Curtis was so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! He worked closely with us, always easy to contact, and he was able to provide the exact timing for pick up several months in advance. The cross country shipment all the way from Yakima Washington to the state of Michigan arrived on time, and the delivery man, Gilberto, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and we would use them again without hesitation.
